Senior Credit & Collections AnalystHarvard Business Publishing - Boston, MAHarvard Business Publishing is in search of a Senior Credit and Collections Analyst to support the credit and collections process and DSO (days sales outstanding) targets by managing numerous customer accounts. In this position one would develop/prepare monthly collection reporting and analysis package for management; review daily credit hold and credit limit reports to ensure orders are released efficiently while communicating credit limit and outstanding balance issues to customers; manage the write-off of uncollectible balances; process daily check batches and accurately post payments to reflect current accounts receivable balances; process major credit card payments and credit adjustments; research, resolve and respond to customer payment inquiries; communicate effectively with...
