We are currently looking for a Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following): 1. Manages all store processes to company standards including freight processing, merchandise presentation and reconciliation of all cash and inventory transactions. 2. Supervises the interviewing, selection, hiring and training of all associates. 3. Approves and administers appropriate disciplinary action to associates, including making recommendations for termination, in accordance with company guidelines. 4.
