Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania Advocates (PPPA) is one of 21 state public affairs offices of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. We are located in Harrisburg and serve as the public policy arm of Planned Parenthood in Pennsylvania. We work in conjunction with Planned Parenthood's seven affiliates with locations throughout Pennsylvania to promote government policies that ensure equal, open and voluntary access to reproductive health care for women and their families.
