Help Desk SupportTeksystems - Rochester, NYOur client, a local company to the Rochester, NY region is looking for a remote Desktop Support Technician. On a day to day basis this individual will be responsible for troubleshooting remote Desktop issues via a remote tool which is part of the SMS suite of products. The ideal candidate will have experience providing first call resolution combined with excellent customer service. To be qualified for this opportunity candidate needs to have experience with Windows 2000/XP, MS Outlook 2003, basic Active Directory experience, MS Office 2003 support and troubleshooting Network Connectivity issues.
