Whatever/Whenever Agent (On-Call)
The Whatever/Whenever Agent will answer all calls promptly, using the guest's name and following an established script. In this role, you will assist guests with voice mail and messages as well as follow wake-up call procedures to make sure every request is completed on time. You will also record orders with 100% accuracy and convey orders to both servers and Food & Beverage for accurate and prompt delivery. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and enjoy dealing with people. This position is great for someone that enjoys multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
