Leasing Consultants are responsible for all aspects of leasing, resident retention and renewal processes. We are searching for outgoing personalities who enjoy the sales process: greet clients, build rapport, ask questions to identify needs, describe features and benefits, overcome objections, close the sale and follow-up with clients. The ideal candidate is an organized and detailed oriented person.
