The Corporate practice group of an American Lawyer Top 100 Firm seeks a Corporate Associate with experience in general corporate law, private equity and securities. Candidate must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. This position will afford the Associate with a wide variety of hands-on experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions and private equity in a collegial environment. The Associate will be handling complex and innovative transactions across multiple industries. Candidate must have native or fluent Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
