Power Equipment Testing TechnicianConstellation Energy Group - Baltimore, MD1. Comprehension level to understand electrical power equipment and testing and over six years related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education / training and experience. 2. Knowledge to use and setup specialized test equipment such as Megger, Kelvin bridges, and Digital low resistance ohm meters. 3.
