The Senior Accountant will manage monthly subcontractor pay application process including collecting pay applications, lien waivers, affidavits, confirming conformance to initial contract amounts and subsequent change orders. Other duties will include preparation of monthly billings, monitor and forecast internal costs, prepare cash flow forecasts, and perform audits of subcontracts.
