Avid Technology - Tewksbury, MAThe Customer Programs Manager is a worldwide position responsible for establishing and executing Voice of the Customer Programs for Avid Technology. This position will manage Avids Customer Advisory Programs, engaging our customers in a continued dialog to help us strengthen our business relationships and deliver products, services, and solutions that meet their needs. This will include all aspects of planning and executing Customer Advisory events in support of business segment managers and understanding requirements for those segments.
