Mortgage Sr. CollectorAllegis Group - Jacksonville, FLAerotek is looking for people with solid collections experience. On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for making outbound calls to current customers whose loans are least 90 days past due. They will negotiate with clients about their current accounts that are in a delinquent status, negotiate new payment or workout plans to bring client back to a current status and keep loans from going into a bankruptcy/foreclosure status. To be qualified for this position, individuals should have: * At LEAST 3 years collections experience * Inbound/Outbound call center experience * Microsoft Excel Experience (able to do sum/if calculations) * Fidelity/MSP systems a plus The hours for this position are from 12:00pm - 9:00pm or 1:00pm - 10:00pm with unlimited overtime.
