Field TrainerFedEx - Kansas City, KSOverview:Responsible for the facilitation of NHO (New Hire Orientation) and basic to intermediate-level training for center team members and managers; including but not limited to standup classroom and on-the-job training formats. Strong training delivery skills, independent discretion, judgment, and ability to effectively train, manage development, and develop a diverse group required. Able to demonstrate the effective use of facilitation skills, conflict management skills, group dynamic skills and knowledge of adult learning theory. This position involves approximately 85% delivery time, 15% administrative and project management time.
