Primarily based in New York City, you may also be required to work in the Greenwich, CT offices of our sister organization, Hedge Funds Services (HFS) You will need to be technically well-rounded for this position with good generalist IT knowledge. Youll be taking calls from PEFS external clients as well dealing with all technology concerns of the internal JPMC PEFS global operations teams. Youll be expected to build on your existing technical support skills to become a subject matter expert on a range of PEFS business owned applications.
