Position Summary: Reboot is seeking its first-ever Chief Operating Officer -- a dynamic and experienced leader who will support Reboot's accelerating growth by further developing and managing the organization's key financial, infrastructural and administrative systems. The COO will report to the Executive Director. Ideal applicants will be able (in person and in writing) to clearly express their interest in Reboot's mission, demonstrate a thorough understanding of the fundraising cycle, and articulate compelling strategies for establishing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals.
