Positions allocable to this class work under the technical and administrative supervision of a accounting, fiscal, or budget officer. Incumbents independently conduct studies and recommend solutions for a wide range of complex problems encountered in the operation of in-house computerized or manual accounting, budgetary and fiscal systems.
