Executive Producer/Assistant Program Director - Sports Media/Pr/Broadcasting job in Rochester, NY

Our Radio Station is looking for an experienced Major Market Sports Radio Morning Show Producer who will act also, as an Assistant Program Director. You'll be responsible for directing all aspects of the Morning Show on-air product, including coaching & supervising the on air staff; developing promotional strategies and enhancing the efforts of the promotional staff along with design, interpretation and implementation of station research efforts. As Assistant Program Director, you'll also continue to expand our growing digital footprint including streaming, podcasts and website along with development of our database program. You'll serve as one the administrative links between programming and other station departments and assist the Program Director in development of ratings growth.
