OfficeTeam - Englewood, COA large healthcare insurance company is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for daily management of an ongoing mainframe keying and research project. The candidate will have the following duties: ? Produce required reports, and reconcile reports as requested by client. ? Communicate frequently with client contacts and data entry sites ? Ensure client requirements are met in the process. ? Conduct requirements training for local staff and offshore operators ? Develop and maintain business requirement documents and training materials ? Coach and counsel staff on productivity metrics. ?
