Bombardier - Dallas, TXThe Flight Coordinator is responsible for booking all aspects of future flights including receiving initial and change trip requests through various mediums (telephone, fax, and email), completing all pertinent trip details, providing timely itineraries, perform follow-up and liaison for other Owner identified needs. Performs all duties with high degree of confidentiality. He/she will schedule and confirm owner-related services, for example, in-flight catering, ground transportation, and any special requests or accommodations. Coordinate with other Owner Service areas (OOC, Scheduling, and Feasibility) to collect essential information for accurate booking of Owner flights.
