Respond to incoming death claims with accurate beneficiary information in writing or over the telephone. Handle all incoming calls and correspondence from beneficiaries, agents, attorneys, etc. regarding claim questions. Answer all questions pertaining to death and waiver claim requirements, i.e. forms and payment options for death claims. Review all proof of death forms and approve claim for payment. Review State Laws and request additional forms or information when mandated. Review all proofs of new and existing waiver of premium claims to determine benefit eligibility.
