Candidates must have min 5 to 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in site development and design including; layout, geometry, grading, stormwater management, sediment and erosion control, and u/g utilities. A thorough knowledge of State of Pennsylvania and local development codes and regulations, and excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. Experience in AutoCAD 2006, Land Development Desktop, TR20, HEC2, and Microstation a desired.
