Technical WriterClient Network Services - Suitland, MDCandidate will be responsible for creating/modifying training documentation for upcoming Census operations, working on the communications team to send out messages to Regional Census Center and Local Census Offices to communicate new procedures or changes to existing procedures, writing memos, and working with the Census Communications Team Manager to complete any communications related tasks. Candidate will also need to be able to perform Level 2 Helpdesk duties such as, answering calls, opening and working tickets, troubleshooting, communicating with customers, and escalating to Level 3 support when needed.
