Temporary - Installation Service CoordinatorTelePacific Communications - CaliforniaGENERAL PURPOSE Temporary position to maintain order and trouble ticket schedules, dispatching Field Service Technicians for installations, removals and repairs of telecommunications services. Oversees completion of daily workload. Escalates daily roadblocks to management. Processes inter-departmental order inquiries and escalation requests. Manages internal data bases. Insures workloads are completed daily and/or rescheduled to a future date SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Work under the supervision of the Centralized Dispatch Supervisor ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receives, reviews and completes incoming customer service requests.
