OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE ASSEMBLY IIITyco Electronics - Greensboro, NCThis position is responsible for the safe operation of high speed automatic assembly machines. This includes making repairs and adjustment to assembly equipment. * Troubleshoot and make complex adjustments and repairs. This would include: major adjustments and changeovers (e.g., bin stations, insertion stations) replacing sensors, punches, dies and adjusting housing feed. * Operate assigned automated assembly machines, stock components, identify and re-set machine faults, clear jams, restart production, remove and package finished product. Perform changeovers and setups including tooling adjustment, pin out, keying features and feed adjustment based on associated standards. * Perform quality checks per the quality inspection process (QIP).
