JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Database Assistant Reports To: Director of Finance and Administration FLSA Status: Temporary, Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the review, correction and entry of contact data into the Climate Solutions database hosted by Salesforce. It is a time-limited, temporary position with some flexible hours and work location. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned as needed. 1. Enter large volume of contacts into the Salesforce database. 2. Using Excel, review corrupted data for obvious trouble-spots.
