Quality Assurance Coordinator-Medical Transcription*Sutter Health - Modesto, CAPrimary role of this position is to conduct Random Quality Call Monitoring of transcribed documents. This assessment will include fair and unbiased review of transcribed documents, performance scoring, analyzing data, identifying trends and developing performance improvement plans to ensure a compliance with 98% accuracy rating. Meets or exceeds the SGMF standard for attendance. Compiles reports and other information to be distributed to transcription management for analysis. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
