In addition to feeding staff and catering special events on the ranch, we have MooJesus! Gospel Caf, which is open some evenings and all day on Saturday. We need volunteers who are willing to be trained in
Making cheese, butter, yogurt and other raw dairy products
Sprouting nuts and seeds
Preparation of pastured meats and poultry
Preparation of other menu items
Washing of greens
Cleaning of kitchen
Our waiters pray with each party that comes into the restaurant to eat, explain our recipes, offer nutritional advice (with disclaimer) and ideas, and continue to pray for their customers even after they have left. Waiting tables is an incredible and unique ministry experience!
