Assist in the preparation of PIC's by: 1) inputting financial information into KMV, 2) suggesting potential deal structure and 3) identifying key issues.*
Analyze financial statements of prospective customers to detect potential risks and structure transactions in order to meet customer needs and satisfy GE CFs risk parameters.*
Lead due diligence process involving all areas (customer, origination, audit, appraisal, environmental, portfolio management, legal, operations and collections) involved in the credit approval process. Review, summarize and utilize findings / results for the underwriting.*
Lead / Manage customer relationships effectively during the underwriting process and keep Origination Team appropriately involved as needed.*
