Develops ways to reach and attract candidates, makes initial contact, pre-screen candidates, sends employment offers, and facilitates the hiring process. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: 1. Using Kenexa, as well as a variety of other recruiting methods, identifies potential qualified candidates for a wide variety of LOGCAP Task Order vacancies.
