RF/Mixed-Signal EngineerIntel - Hillsboro, ORIn this position, you will be responsible for research, development, and design of RF CMOS and/or analog/mixed-signal circuits. Possible specific assignments include RF CMOS blocks (LC-VCO, LNA, PA), basic RF components (inductor, varactor, MFC) and/or analog/mixed signal blocks (analog-to-digital converter (ADC), digital-to-analog converter (DAC), bandgap reference, op-amp). You will be responsible for the entire design process, including circuit simulation, layout, parasitic extraction, verification and measurements.
