Client Services AnalystProgressive Medical - Westerville, OHCollect, analyze, trend and report data regarding Client Service operational performance (i.e. referrals, orders, sales, calls, IFX transactions, staffing, etc.). Audit specific operational functions and report outcomes to Executive Vice President of Client Services (such as timeliness of referral processing, IFX responses, etc.) and will interact often with Client Services managers. Document and review processes for accuracy and efficiency.
