Technical Analyst - Model NPharmaceutical Company - Montvale, NJSupports the technical platform of the Model N suite of applications as its Systems Administrator. Responsibilities: * Pure Model N DB issues, like applying SQL and understanding the Model N data Model * Application install and deployment * Monitoring of System Logs * Monitoring System Messages * Monitoring Data flows * Monitoring of ETL jobs and integration with all other systems (JDE, EDI, Hyperion) * Providing system info to Customer Support * Be the conduit to lower level IT issues such as hardware, database, operating system * User Id/Pwd/Roles administration * Testing and applying technical solutions * Performance monitoring and tuning of the application (not DB) * Release / Upgrade Planning * Break / Fix * Reporting * Overall Design and Architecture of Integration Methods for...
