POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is primarily responsible for developing and delivering sales training to Contact Center associates in order to effectively drive sales, increase profitability and enhance the customer experience. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Continually monitors & evaluates calls and delivers feedback to ensure effectiveness of training and application of skills presented. Proactively adapts curriculum content and/or delivery methods of sales training to achieve team and individual results.
