WIN Radio Reporter Washington, DC Job Description Working closely with the Metro Washington Labor Council, the reporter will cover stories as assigned by Workers Independent News. The work will have a dual focus - the grassroots activities of the DC labor movement locally, as well as national Workers Independent News radio stories. The reporter will record interviews with key people in the stories, digitally extract brief radio actualities from the interviews, write news scripts locating the story within the political/labor/economic context; sometimes record the finished story for radio broadcast, and if possible take pictures of the event.
