Work periods are restricted to an 8-hour shift between 6:30AM and 9:00PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Work will not be performed on federal holidays The helpdesk's primary mission is to receive all initial incoming computer related problem reports and requests for help for approximately 17,000 end-users by phone, email, voice message, or web request.
