Food & Beverage Supervisor/Banquet Captain
Full time. Hours varied to include days/evenings/weekends/holidays. Provide banquet service and supervise banquet department. Will assist Restaurant Manager and Banquet department, scheduling, supervising and training employees, and interviewing applicants. Must have previous experience as a Banquet Captain, extensive knowledge in banquet service, wine service and proper service etiquette. Must be able to lift, carry, pull or push up to 50 pounds. Must be physically fit and able to constantly walk. Must be able to work in a noisy environment using common sense decisions in times of critical situations.
