Researches locations of various facilities, proximity to airports, restaurants, local transportation, etc. (2) Prepares letters and other correspondence in support of event management issues. Also gathers data and prepares forms related to event management and spreadsheets as needed. Researches and compiles meeting statistics to determine volume in specific areas. (3) Maintains data related to specific projects assigned. (4) Prepares and distributes to EES event managers and selected NID (National Initiatives Division) staff, agenda for regularly scheduled conference calls and/or for special meetings or calls.
