Benefits ManagerCity of Hope - Duarte, CAThe person in this role manages staff and the process that delivers the employee benefits and ancillary programs. Major responsibilities for this position include: directing third party vendors and consultants in the planning, review, recommendation and implementation of benefit plan changes and design; providing benefit and program recommendations to executive leadership keeping in stride with the departments long term goals and providing learning and growth opportunities for staff members while demonstrating high quality customer service.
