Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Reports To: Restaurant Managers, Food and Beverage Director Key Relationships: Internal: Restaurant staff, bar staff, kitchen staff, engineering, housekeeping, front desk, sales and catering, and hotel management staff. External: Hotel guests, visitors, and F&B vendors Qualifications/Skills: Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and /or abilities.
