1 year experience preferred SUMMARY OF MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Summary of major functions performed on the job including: reason for the position; basic overall responsibility. The Cook I is responsible for preparation of a cafeteria, proper temperatures for hot and cold foods, and quality service towards customers. The person in this position works under general supervision, is responsible for various shifts, may be subject to over 40 hours per week and/or callback as required, and may also be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
