Responsibilities - leading English Ministry: 1. Preach regularly during English Sunday services. 2. Develop vision/strategy/plans for the ministry. 3. Develop leadership team and carry out training program. 4. Shepherd English Ministry Team and fellowship group leaders. 5. Develop/oversee a congregational caring program. 6.
