Data Center TechnicianResponsys - San Bruno, CAThe position of Data Center Technician will play a key role in keeping our multiple data center locations in premier condition to support the Responsys SAAS offering.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Perform equipment installs and moves (servers, network appliances, PDUs, etc) * Cable machines to the network switches in a clean, traceable manner * Maintain all cabling infrastructure including copper, fiber and power * Maintain asset inventory in an automated computer system * Perform all shipping and receiving duties including RMA activities * Work with Systems Operations and Network Operations on troubleshooting and resolution of problems including hardware failures and physical connectivity problems * Maintain CLEAN and ORDERLY premises at all times * Replenishing...
