New Accounts/Teller Representative
Our client is seeking a New Accounts/Teller Representative. Responsibilities include:
* Fast-paced, high-volume, face-to-face customer contact
* Cashing checks, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments
* Documenting larger deposits using Currency Transaction Reports
* Identifying and selling Bank products and services beneficial to customer needs
* Address customer questions/concerns referring to appropriate internal resources for resolution
* Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the bank
* Develop new Customer relationships and opening new accounts for customers
