The Director is responsible for the administration and planning of all College library operations and reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. He or she supervises the College's four libraries, the College Archives, the Educational Technology Group, and the staff at the nearby Worcester Art Museum Library. Duties include the hiring and supervision of approximately 35 FTE staff and support of their professional development.
