The EP will be affiliated also with the cardiology group in the town, but compensation will be through the medical center. This 270-bed regional referral center has a Level 1 trauma center, and an open-heart surgery program. As a starting point, a competitive salary of $400K with productivity-based incentives, full benefits including malpractice, relocation, and CME are being offered. This lovely and mountainous university town is home to over 65K people with a medical service area of 170K.
