SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Database Coordinator is responsible for producing lists and reports and helping to maintain the Millennium database for the Museum's Advancement division, Membership department and President's Office. The Database Coordinator produces lists for mailing, telemarketing, and email communications; maintains database integrity by reviewing data entry for errors and making necessary corrections; sets up accounts for and trains users in utilizing the database; manages monthly auto-renewal process for memberships; and works with Systems Coordinator and Manager to create and maintain protocols and procedures.
