Per Diem Nurse Night Shift : MedOnc 4th Floor East :City of Hope - Duarte, CAThe Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional who possesses scientific knowledge and professional/technical skills. In collaboration with the healthcare team, the RN utilizes the nursing process to provide safe and effective patient care that supports the achievement of therapeutic outcomes. The RN serves as a patient advocate and promotes customer satisfaction. The RN provides leadership in the delivery of patient care including the delegation and supervision of tasks to other care providers. He/She is responsible for orienting and mentoring others to unit/department activities and may serve as a preceptor.
