  Vice President, Utilization Management Job Summary Responsible for successfully executing the utilization management activities delineated in the UM Program Description. This person works collaboratively to meet the goals of the company, to include but not limited to: coordination of UM duties with appropriate personnel to meet program needs; maintain organizational structure and oversight of procedures; membership retention and maintenance; employment, training, and supervision of all UM staff; compliance with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards; long-term planning; communication regarding UM issues with network physicians; and act as a resource to all internal and external customers.
