Clinical Pastoral Educator- Scottish Rite and Egleston
The Chaplain Educator provides supervision and leadership for students in the Clinical Pastoral Education program and related administrative duties associated with CPE supervision. They assist in managing the performance and utilization of staff for effective and efficient services and provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and employees as needed to address needs in coping with the impact of illness or injury. Assist in the supervision and coordination of clinical pastoral education program and other education and training processes related to the delivery of pastoral care. Assist the coordinator in managing the performance and utilization of staff for effective and efficient services. Participates in the performance improvement process for the department.
