Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Position Responsibilities

- Assist with the intake and resolution of inquiries submitted via about you HR portal various feedback avenues as well as keying applications to our peoplesoft tracker.

- Support Leadership team with executive presentations and supporting metrics

- Interact and coordinate data and reporting requirements and solutions with HR Reporting teams, HRIS, IT, HR Business Partners, and other Data Providers as needed with senior team member support

- The selected candidate will work with the following systems: WebTrends, eCRM, PeopleSoft, Cognos, and other various Verizon data repositories

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and adapt to change easily

- Experience with the following systems: PeopleSoft, Staffing systems (VZCareers, EPSR)
- MS Access
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Experience working with all levels of management
- Project management experience
- Broad understanding of the Verizon corporate structure and organizational hierarchy
