Position Summary:
• Develop and maintain referral sources associated with the home care industry within a specified territory while working closely with the Sales Manager.
• Representative will develop key relationships with Health Care Professionals as ongoing referral sources as well as continually identify new opportunities for expanding and growing sales.
• Successfully navigate and identify key decision makers.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quota expectations, maintaining a minimum of 8 - 10 office calls/visits/appointments per day.
• Qualify leads generated, prospects, and document account progress.
• Identify and overcome customer objections utilizing product knowledge, negotiating skills, and a sharp ear for sales objections
• Perform informative and energetic presentations to a variety of audiences.
• Monthly and weekly reporting to include but not limited to the following: daily call reports, SGL Reports and territory progress reports.
Education/Certification:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of professional sales experience
Skills:
• Willing and able to master the knowledge of various products, services, sales markets, policies and procedures.
• Resilience and an ability to be persistent, speaking concisely and with professionalism. Positive, dynamic personality with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations and goals.
• Able to be self-directed and work independently.
• Proven record of sale success! (Medical industry experience a plus)
• Bilingual a plus!
• Ability to present all products, services and the company in a positive, professional and persuasive manner to the customer.
• Continuous improvement of product knowledge, customer relations and selling skills.
• Effectively communicate through the use of computer, verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management, organization, and commitment to the company sales process.
• Evaluations will be performed annually and ongoing during observation and training exercises with the Sales Manager.
• Evaluations will include clear expectations and guidelines which outline specific performance markers and capabilities in various categories which include: technique, product knowledge and goal achievement.
